Neighbors in SE Bend are organizing to ensure our voices are heard.

GP Energy has purchased the 2.77 acre parcel at the Brosterhous and Murphy roundabout in SE Bend. While the property is zoned for a small grocery, coffee shop, food trucks and the like. 

GP Energy has been granted multiple Conditional Use Permits by the City of Bend which allows them to build vehicle intensive uses: a drive-thru and a 12-hose gas station.

Over 1,700 supporters have signed the online petition saying NO we don't want or need a fuel station @ Brosterhous and Murphy and YES we are excited for non auto-dependent businesses like a grocery, coffee shop, food trucks, etc. 

Thanks to your support we are currently appealing these terrible land use decisions.
